I ordered The Last of Us Part 2 PS4 Pro bundle on 5/19/2020 and I have the email of that still. The week of 6/19/2020 I get an email confirming my payment and saying my order was being confirmed (I also have this email). It then moved onto being “reserved” with 6/19/2020 being my Arrival date. Fast forward to 6/19/2020 and nothing on the order has changed. I contacted support to see if there was an issue. One agent told me they couldn’t fulfill the order then transferred me to another agent who said it was on the way and told me to wait a day or two to see if it arrives. I wait until 6/22/2020 and it still hasn’t arrived and the tracker hasn’t changed. I contact support again and they said they would contact the backend and they would email me within the hour about my order. I waited 3 hours and no email, not even in my spam folder. I contacted support for the third time and the agent says they can reorder my item, but it would be in store pick up. I tell them that’s fine, but then they say it’s sold out all around me and that I would have to go to my local store to see if they had an open box available.They said there was nothing they could do, but cancel the order. I had this on preorder since day one, and the agent didn’t offer to help me find anything similar or offer anything for the inconvenience. I’m very angry and upset considering this was a birthday gift to my best friend. I want to know what happened to my order and why I wasn’t made aware of the situation in the first place.
Honestly this makes me never wanna wanna shop at Best Buy again, it was such a terrible experience

I am incredibly disappointed with my service on this delivery. I preordered with Best Buy because they assured me they would attempt release day delivery... I will be recieving this item almost a week after that. I could have just picked it up at a store. Amazon NEVER drops the ball like this when I order from them. All of my friends who didnt order from Best Buy have had the game for days now. I know there is no "guarantee" with this kind of delivery, but it seems like Best Buy doesnt care at all to get this to me even close to release day. Up until the actual day of release, the website was saying it was almost certainly going to be on my door step on release day. I would have cancelled my order had I known there was a big enough delay that I would wait several days past that. And the expected date keeps getting pushed back now! First it was Friday; then Monday, now Wednesday.
Is there anything that can be done to compensate me for this? I really do not feel as if I am recieving the service I was paid for.

I preordeded my TLOU2. First it said it was delayed until 26, then I got an email saying it would be delivered on 20. The estimated delivery changed to 22 when it didnt arrive on 20. Then it said "your package has been delayed due to events beyond our control" on 22. My questio is can I return the game when it arrives? I gonna buy a copy from my local store instead. Thanks

I've talked to Best Buy customer support and Saturday they said it would arrived by 6/26/20. Now the last two agents provided have told me the shipper has lost it but Fedex says its still with the vendor and only a label has been created. Either just tell me you didn't get it and cancel my order or just tell me its been delayed with a potential estimated date of arrival.

I could have bought the game already and beaten it but since I was already charged for the Ellie Edition I would like to have it. 

Any idea whats going on or can someone check on this for me?

I had pre ordered the last of us part 2 Ellie edition. When the game released last week, my account was briefly charged, but then the charge was refunded. My order still says it’s “getting ready,” but I haven’t gotten any updates on charges or the process and it says it will arrive by December 31st, the placeholder date. Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Last Friday I was notified the shipping label was being created. I have heard nothing else since then. I'm getting a little nervous because it's a $250 purchase and I have no idea what's going on
