Yeah, I’m glad to see people coming back to this thread. I know the chances are slim, but I’m hoping for a last minute change in policy, and I figure that the odds are better if people keep on expressing themselves here.
If you chose shipping, it would ship on Thursday and arrive on Friday. At least, that’s how it’s been for me in the past. On the other hand, if you chose in store pickup, we could get an update tomorrow, Thursday, or not at all.
Well if you live on the west coast Digital games on psn, xbox live and Nintendo unlock at 9pm.
I feel like this is why Best Buy will usually release games 9pm on the west coast.
I do feel it's a bid cruddy they marked this as solved without a definite answer.
I bit the bullet and went digital but I do look forward to Best Buy returning to normal practices when the world returns to normal because I like to support physical retail and the jobs it creates.
See I hated how Best Buy did with shipping recently my last of us controller arrived 4 days late and my copy of p5r arrived at 10 pm the night of release meaning I lost an entire day of playing time
Shipping is hard to control especially at a time like this. I've always been a fan of their in store experience. The employees knew my name and we would were always very accommodating. Even to the point that they recognized me by voice alone when I called.
