Oh great and mine says it's going to be cancelled today too. What the heck Best Buy? I've been telling them this and they're just like the email was a mistake. Well if it was a mistake then why does my order still say it will be cancelled today? Fix this crap.

Well my order just got cancelled too. This was after spending over an hour in a chat yesterday being told over and over by a Best Buy rep that it wouldn't be and that I had nothing to worry about. Seriously screw this company.

As a gamer myself, I know just how frustrating it can be when a game you’ve pre-ordered is suddenly cancelled, and with a game as anticipated as The Last of Us Part II, I completely understand your disappointment with these cancellations.
As my colleague, Bill, has mentioned previously here, please know we’re unable to guarantee with 100% certainty that any particular pre-order will be fulfilled. Try as we might to prevent it, there are instances where an order may end up cancelled, and while we would love to be able to, we are not able to reinstate a cancelled order. I apologize for the frustration these cancellations have undoubtedly caused.
Please know I’ll be locking this thread, and any new post regarding these order cancellations on the forum will be removed.
