I just received a message saying Delayed order will possibly be cancelled. I preordered this in September and if it gets cancelled I will be very upset.

The order is actually "delayed", though.  You can see that by clicking on order details.

If you say there's nothing to worry about, I trust you but if my order gets cancelled then I want an immediate solution.  I cannot re-order the set because my GCU expired in April.  I was 100% legitimately eligible for the 20% off discount.

I also got this message so im commenting in hopes of an answer! Preordered the day it was announced and its sold out everywhere so if it cancels im gonna be devastated 😭

Although we have been told that "there's nothing to worry about," I would suggest that we start worrying about this.

Here's the thread for Cyberpunk 2077 pre-orders getting cancelled (https://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Gaming-Support/Cyber-punk-2077-collectors-editions-getting-canceled/td...).  These customers were also misled and lied to and when their orders were cancelled, the same representative that assured them nothing would ever happen, decided to lock the thread and report any other messages as "spam."

That's one GODAWFUL customer service right there.  I am sorry for those who will get their orders cancelled after being so close to release date.  I may very well be one of them.  Terribly dissappointed in Best Buy.  I am dropping my Elite Plus membership next year.

The rep assured me that my order is safe on their end and that it should ship out on time.

Just got this email even though it still shows delayed in orders
