I'm assuming this is for the Last of Us Part 2? I just got an email too and hope that this is just an error and that it gets resolved soon and it's not another Doom Eternal situation.

I also pre-ordered back in September and got the email as well. I just placed an order for the Special Edition because I really want the steelbook and will be really peeved if my C.E. gets cancelled but would like to get the statue too.

Same here. I ordered this thing also in August if 2019. If this order gets canceled I am gonna flip out. It’s the only time I’ve bet pre-ordered it even bought a Collector’s Edition.

I received the same email. I tried calling their customer service help line to no avail. After 30 minutes of waiting, they told me that because it was a computer issue they would transfer me over to geek squad for some reason. I waited another 35 minutes just for the geek squad rep to tell me that he couldn't help... He then transfered me back to the regular helpline which said it was a two hour wait... Can someone please contact me back as I am not waiting on the phone for another two hours.

I am having a similar problem with the collectors edition. It states it will be canceled if it cannot be shipped by 6/4 when the current release date for this title is 6/19. I woke up to this email alert today and panicked. This game is THE reason I bought my PS4, with a bestbuy credit card no less. I would be very upset if my order is cancelled. Please advise me on my next steps.

I was just on the live chat and a support agent assured me that my package would not be cancelled and should still be delivered. I think this is definitely just an error message, possibly due to the many delays and dates confusing the system.

I'd also like to point out that the Ellie Edition seems to have had this same issue all the way back in Februrary and it was solved. I think we'll be alright. Hopefully a moderator will reply here soon for extra reassurance.

This just seems to be the most recent round of this technical issue. I'm hoping a mod responds quickly as i know how much stress i felt when i thought my collectors edition would be cancelled.

from what i gather it looks like this is happening with collectors and ellie editions (ellie's are sold out).
