Seems as though this isn't the first time BB's automated system has gone wonky. I'm being told that if they can't get a game that releases June 19th to me by June 4th they'll cancel the order. Since this forum system is all they have in lieu of any email support, here I am to complain publicly, and to see what's actually going to be done about this. I'm assuming this will be fixed for myself and anyone else affected if brought to light. I REALLY don't want this cancelled.

I pre-ordered the collector's edition of The Last of Us Part II on September, 26th, 2019. I pre-ordered it using my - at the time - still active GCU membership. My total is $143.47. Game will be released on June, 19th.
Today I received an e-mail that reads "Order BBY01-XXXXXXXXXXXX: Item(s) Delayed.", then on the "What You Need To Know" section of the e-mail, it says: " We will keep your order open and continue to work on getting your item(s) to you until Thursday, June 4, 2020. If your item(s) are still not available by this date, we'll cancel the item(s) and notify you via email."
WHAT?!!! How could you fulfill an order 2 weeks BEFORE THE RELEASE of the item? I need someone to assure me that this is either a mistake or a glitch. I need the game. I pre-ordered it months in advance. I used my now expired GCU membership. And on top of that, the item is currently and has been completely SOLD OUT since then.
Can someone explain me why this has happened? I am not going to lose my spot on the pre-order. Someone needs to fix this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
