I placed a Best Buy order back in 2019 containing, among a bunch of other games, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Naturally, my credit card expired between then and the time of release. Foolishly, I provided a new one through the website.
Not only was I charged full price for the new game, but I also got charged all the money I'd saved with the GCU discount on prior shipments!
I was charged $192.81 for what should have been, after tax, a $51 game.
How do I go about getting this corrected, other than doing a chargeback?

Please note that the link in your signature prepopulated someone else's name in the "Send to" field - I changed that to yours.
