Thanks to everyone who confirmed that they received their codes. We did figure out the issue, and codes should be making their way out to you soon, if not already. Make sure you are checking Spam/Junk mail folders, and if you utilize Gmail, the Promotions folder.
If you don't receive an email with your pre-order bonus code after 24 hours, please review our floated post: "Game Codes - Read Me First" found here, and follow the directions within it for more assistance.

Sure thing. I just got mine about half an hour or so ago, roughly 23 hours after I last spoke with support (of the 24 hours they asked me to wait). Code redeemed just fine. Good luck to anyone still waiting, it looks like a big round is starting to go out.
