Same. I pre orderer this on PS4 and they've still yet to send me my digital pre order code. C'mon Best Buy

Same here, pre order for the Switch and have not received it. I hear that Gamestop and people who ordered through NIS site got theirs.

Best Buy finally sent it yesterday at 2:09PM.

Wish the rest of you guys luck. I recommend giving them the SKU that's on the preorder DLC (you need to click the link on the DLC in your account) to helpfully advance your case.

Is there any official response or update to this matter?

It seems as though I along with many others never received the pre-order bonus code for Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy.

KoeiTecmo has stated that they sent out the codes over a month ago to all retailers. I also dug around other forums and found that many other retailers that took pre-orders also seem to be a bit sluggish with sending out the pre-order bonus codes.

The pre-order bonus item SKU for BestBuy is 6438887

Would it be possible to get someone to dig around and see what's the latest status on this?
