No code for me either. Also shipping was aparently "delayed" despite pre-ordering the game a few weeks ago so I'm apparently not getting release day delievery either or the 24 hour earlier release to begin with.

I wanted to check in with you to let you know that we are currently looking into why the codes from Sony weren't able to be utilized early to give you that 24 hour access. I know that in most instances, it doesn't matter now that the game has been released, but we still need to understand why they didn't work.
If you have yet to receive your game code, first make sure to check your spam/junk mail folders and with Gmail, the Promotions folder. If you still have not found it, please send a private message to Bill-BBY with your full name, email address, phone number and purchase information and we'll take a look as soon as we can.

Thanks for clarifying Bill, but the fact is Bestbuy failed to issue the game codes properly. It at least looks like some people got their codes for the PS4 version, but I've yet to see anything regarding the Xbox One version which I purchased. That thread got merged into this thread, which is a different issue of Bestbuy not sending out codes.
Customer support is disapointingly ill informed when it comes to digital products. They aren't informed or given enough information regarding a particular product to know what they are talking about. I wasted a lot of time talking to them yesterday and earlier today with no resolution. I'll be following up with a PM when I have time to in hopes to resolve this issue.
I hope these issues can be solved quickly. We've already lost a benefit that we've paid for with this edition of the game.

I contacted chat support today to see where my digital code was for Xbox. They were clueless and eventually told me to call the Best Buy number... Called them, got tossed around a couple of times and then no resolution. :-( Just want to play Just Cause 4!

At this point I don't see why anybody who didn't receive their code by email just cancel the order and buy it digitally on PS network? The only reason getting it from BestBuy was the $10 reward and other than that it would have been easier to begin with to just go directly to PlayStation network direct. Somebody dropped the ball pretty bad on this and it seems like everybody is blaming somebody else when you call up for an answer. I know what I'm not doing anymore and that is buying digital content from anything else than PS network. Sucks extra for all the Xbone people out there since they are still waiting.

the email i got sent was a blank page just like before on previous games i messaged one of the best buy guys on here and still has not responded i also called in today and they just told me to look out for another email so i have no idea whats going on here hoping to get the pre order dlc soon.

Same situation, XBOX One user. Best Buy sent me an email containg the code, but the body of the email was just blank, the email was just Best Buy letterhead and such. I contacted support via chat, and they resent the email which looked exactly the same. So, I still have no Renegade Pack code, and all they could do was refer it to someone on the back end. Very frustrating, after also having issues with them in regards to Darksiders 3.
