My son received Just Cause 4 as a Christmas gift from my mother. She bought the game a while back, then forwarded the email with the game code to him on Christmas day, but there is no email with the pre-order bonus code. We checked her email and spam and did not locate an email with the code. When searching for this issue, I found a few posts here in this forum with the same issue. The most recent one was answered by KyleR-BBY, so I sent them a PM for assistance a couple of days ago.
I'm not sure how long I should wait for a response, or if anyone else can help. We're just trying to figure out if an email was ever sent or not. If it was, can it be re-sent? If not, can someone send it? The email with the game code was sent on December 3.

Welcome to our forums! I know I’d want to make sure I got all the pre-order bonuses that came with my video game purchase, so I completely understand wanting to make sure your son gets the code he’s been waiting for.
