i spoke to Xbox they mentioned to me that it isnt working because the release date isnt until technically tuesday the 4-20. i agree this isnt an answer. but honestly come tuesday this code will work. if not, this will be my LAST preorder with best buy. 100 dollars for a code not to work? no thank you.

Same issue here. Returned first game and new copy does the same thing. I paid for the content, and I’m not getting it!

I spoke with Xbox and they said the code is active but won’t work until the 20th

This thing has been TERRIBLY frustrating. I agree the problem is on the side of the game maker. They advertised CLEARLY that I was receiving a full game download. Not a PS4 upgrade. I don’t want to put my disk in to play the game. It says I get a full game download.
Best Buy is always great. PlayStation/Sony has lost some of my trust.
