My code within Jackie Robinson edition doesnt work. It shows the code doesn't work or no longer available.

Any suggestions? the code is correct on my screen.

Indeed I did. And they said it may be an issue on your end. They verified the work is active but it says the product isn’t available or code no longer works.

I am also having the same issue. Purchased the Pyschial Jackie Robinson Deluxe edition and the voucher code does not work.

I appreciate you both following up with me regarding this, although I do wish it were a different update. As these codes are still experiencing issues with redemption, we ask that you continue to work with manufacturer and Microsoft regarding this. They would be best equipped to provide a resolution as the codes are provided and managed by them.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but hope that this sheds light on the support route to take for these codes.

I'm having the same issue. I brought the physical addition on yesterday. I saw the question and replies. So I decide to wait until this morning to reply myself. If nobody can help us. Should we just return the product to Best Buy. For me the Jackie Robinson code part is the reason I dissed out $99 plus
