Why give me the option to pre-order an item for in-store pickup at my store here if they aren't even going to get the item?
I ordered Blasphemous for Nintendo Switch and get the message this morning that my store doesn't have it. And of course now it is sold out on the website so can't even have it shipped instead.
I spoke to customer service and they claim they will request it be shipped from a warehouse but with this being a limited edition item I don't see there being stock sitting in a warehouse.
Very frustrating to have re-ordered something and now likely not even going to be abe to own it.
