Issue with receiving a digital item

I ordered a digital code for a year of playstation plus and haven't recieved my order..  The order details says that the order is ready to redeem and has been delivered.  I've checked my inbox and spam folder and don't have the order.  I've received digital codes like this in the past without issue.  How do I get the email resent or the issue resolved?

Welcome to our forums!  I apologize for the delay in our response to your post, as we’ve become a bit backlogged on our Support Forums over the past few days, and it’s caused us to reply to our customers a bit later than we’d typically expect.  As it sounds like you’re aware, we’ll usually be able to get your digital order to your inbox within one hour, so I’m sorry to hear there may have been a delay with your recent PlayStation Plus subscription


If you’ve not yet received your digital download order in your email inbox, spam/junk, or Promotions folder, and it doesn’t appear in your Best Buy Digital Library, I’ll be happy to take a closer look, and offer any additional assistance I can.  For me to review your order further, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
