Message to Gaming-BBY inbox with my info of this game for Xbox Series X my order # and Email, so I could receive the missing code, but no one has replied still about the missing pre order code for the Bonus Quest. Fire and Lightning.

I sent all the proof you needed so please send the code already as it was a pre order bonus and the game is out now!
Why has the code still not been emailed? I checked spam folder and nothing..

Have you opened the game yet?  My code for the quest was actually on a card inside the case, not an email code.  If there wasn't one in there you may need to contact Ubisoft.

Hey, so I downloaded the code for the season pass and it looks like the bonus quest is on there, but how do I access that bonus quest; where is it located? Thanks

I'm not sure yet.  I haven't gotten that far into the game.  I seem to recall that it is accessible after completing the initial area and there will be a map icon for it.
