I have not received my digital codes

i place an order for xbox live 12 month digital code and received an email that my order been received on july 24. it is july 26 and i still havent received any email in my spam folder or in my digital librabry.

Welcome to our forums!  Generally speaking, your digital orders should be available to you shortly after your order is processed, and visible within your Digital Library, so it’s disappointing to hear there seems to be an issue with the Xbox Live code you’ve been waiting for.

 

I’ll be happy to look into this order further for you, and see what we can do to get you the code you’re looking for.  For me to get started in my research, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
