Please check my order BBY01-*******0823.
On Sunday (Jan 17) I bought a "Ubisoft - 12-Month Membership Just Dance Unlimited [Digital]". It shows 12 months on both the website and my confirmation email.
However, I only received a "one-month" code via email. I tried online chat with two different agents but they did not help solve my question.
I waited till the next day (Jan 18 Monday). When I checked the online order, I found BESTBUY changed it to "one-month". When I bought it, it was actually 12 months and I have the screenshot and email confirmation as proof. I called many times and every time the Bestbuy agent would transfer to another digital team. I had to repeat my question again but it was never solved.
What I need is:
1. Please send me what I bought online: A 12-MONTH JUST DANCE MEMBERSHIP
2. TELL ME WHY MY ORDER CAN BE CHANGED AFTER ONE DAY.
