I recently bought a $5 digital eshop card from the bestbuy website, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been waiting for about 17 hours now. How long does it usually take for digital codes to arrive? Is it unusual for it to take this long?

For digital codes, it can take up to 24 hours for it to go through all of our verification checks before it will arrive in your inbox. It can also end up in your Spam/Junk/Promotional folders. If you're still not seeing the email with the code in your inboxes, please send us a private message with the following:
