I purchased the Hollow Knight pushie with game code all the way back in December 2018. I have yet to recieve the code for the virtual copy on my Nintendo Switch. I have a copy of the email receipt still so I have information I can pull off of that to prove I purchased it. I tried sending a private message to Gaming-BBY back in the middle of Feburary but got no response from them.
