Looks like I'm part of the many that were promised of Hogwartz Legacy on the 7th and yet here we are now on the 10th with no tangible updates. Support is less than useful because no one is able to provide an ETA for this. Should there not be a digital code provided for people that have not had the pre order promise kept as it is not our fault? Would appreciate any help with this.

I can certainly understand wanting your pre-order in a timely manner. BestBuy.com strives to ship pre-orders as soon as they are received in our fulfillment centers. Our goal is to ensure timely delivery of a pre-ordered item on, or around, the actual release date of the product.
For software and video games, your pre-order will be shipped as soon as it's available for release. Using ground shipping, you should receive your software or video game order within 3-5 business days of its release (in rare cases, it may take up to 10 days). To ensure a speedier delivery, alter your shipping option when you place your pre-order and choose Two Day or One Day at an additional charge.
