Hi I preordered this game specifically the collector's edition for in-store pickup a while back and now it is stuck in (Ready for pickup Today) I contacted the store and they informed me they had not received it so I'm wondering if there was an issue or any way to get this solved because they essentially told me they don't know when they will get it even though it's launch day was today and part of the reason to get the higher price editions was to get early access to it. Has anyone else been having this issue or figured out where their copy of the game is?

Hi Kayden,
Was there any update on what is going on still haven't been told anything other than seeing "This item has been delayed. We're working to get it to you within the next few days." on my order status for the game which kinda irritates me because it means the benefit of reserving this edition of the game for the early access has essentially been for nothing.
