Hogwarts Legacy CE PS5 order status

Hello you all. I reached out to chat support a few days back and was told that the order would be fullfilled on the 15th. Well that day has come and gone with a status that still shows delayed. I can't speak for everyone but my concern is the lack of communication regarding the Collectors Edition. Considering that this was part of an early access and was one of the selling points, it would only make sense for Best Buy and Avalanche to take care of the customers who are impacted by this delay by offering a digital code for the game and DLC. This doesn't seem like an outrageous request to me and is something that would correct the issue. I do understand that stuff happens but a response would be so appreciated by many. Smiley Happy

I can understand that delays on an order can be difficult. I would be glad to look into this for you. Please Private Message your full name, email and phone number to look into your order. Please be advised that the supply of the games may not be enough to meet the demand, and this can cause delays while we do our best to make the inventory available.

Private messaging just confirms what we already know. The CE is delayed and Best Buy has no idea if they will be able to fulfill these orders. I do hope Best Buy and Avalanche make this right for those of us who pre-ordered the collectors edition.
