I'm in desperate need of help, as the Elite customer service number couldn't help me with this. I need help changing the pick-up location for the Terry, Byleth, and Banjo-Kazooie amiibo. I received an email that the store I'm picking them up from is closing and I have until February 27th to change the pick-up or the order will be cancelled. However, when I go into the order to change it, the only option I'm given is to change the pick-up person, nothing else. These amiibo are sold out EVERYWHERE, so I can't simply cancel the order and make a new one.
This is urgent, since I only have until the 27th to fix this. I sent a PM to the mod Bill-BBY, but if anyone else on here knows how to help, I'd really appreciate it. I don't want to miss these awesome figures!
