I purchased the plush and download bundle of Hollow Knight today and i when i got home i noticed there was no download code on my receipt, any idea how im supposed to get my game? i called the store and they basically told me there was nothing they could do.

The same thing just happened to me. Fangamer, the publisher of this edition of the game, said that Best Buy had already fixed this problem but that's apparently not the case.

I purchased the Hollow Knight Plush + Digital Code from a Best Buy Store today, and the receipt did not contain the digital code. I already see other posts regarding this, so I am not the only one with the issue. Can a representative please message me? I will be glad to provide all the information needed to correct this.
