Having an issue sending us a Private Message as requested?

Hey, friends,

 

We know sometimes an error will pop-up sharing that you’ve sent us too many private messages. Sometimes it may even say something along the lines of, “You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later”.

 

Thankfully, there’s an easy way to resolve that error when it occurs that we wanted to share with everyone.  In general, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies then logging back in your forum profile should resolve the error. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please make sure to inform the specialist you are working with for further assistance.
