I just recently purchased some eshop digital codes from Best Buy. I recieved the email confirmation saying it could take up to 30 mins or longer for delivery at around 3:30pm central time. It is now 6:41pm central time and I still have not had the codes sent to me.
I just talked to support and my funds are under a verification hold and I'm being told that could take 24 hours maximum to clear. This is really unacceptable as I needed these eshop codes today. I could go refund but that wouldn't help because funds would still be stuck and I wouldn't have funds to get codes else where.
Anyone help or suggestions would be useful.
