Haven’t received code email or code on receipt

I purchased fortnite darkfire bundle for Nintendo switch back October 30 for Christmas gift for grandson. Never received code by email and not on my receipt!! Now I can’t download and he’s very upset!! Please help

Welcome to our community forums. I'm sure your Grandson is excited to jump on and play some Fortnite, I would be glad to see how I may be able to help you out with this.

 

Can you please clarify which code you did not receive? To my knowledge, there should be a card inside of the packaging that contains a code which can then be redeemed on the Nintendo Switch.

 

Any additional details would be very helpful so I can see how I can best assist you!

Nothing was inside the wrapped box. Have been talking to the store and they’re working with me. Hopefully we’ll get a code. I’ll let you know the results. Thank you for responding.
