Haven't Received Promotional Gift Card

Hi recently pre-ordered and picked up my order on the Persona 5 video game and was suppose to recieve a

gift card through email, but I have yet to recieve the email. Even when I resend the confirmation email I don't get it. 

My order number is {removed per forum guidelines}

It's understandable that you would like to receive your promotional gift card. That was a great bonus to get with the game!

Generally speaking, we will typically send out a verification email to double-check some information prior to sending out the gift card. Once that information is confirmed, another e-mail should go out with details on how to claim it. When you have a chance, can you take a look and see if you received an e-mail from BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com? Sometimes, our emails are automatically routed to junk, spam, or promotions folders, so it may be worthwhile to double check there and add our e-mail address to your Safe Senders list. The email is typically titled "Please confirm your e-mail address".
