Hello, I ordered DLC from yesterday afternoon. My account says the email has been sent but I still haven't received it. Is it possible to get the code resent?

Sometimes, these emails can get rerouted to Spam/Junk/Promotional folders. It may also be helpful to add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your safe sender list or address book as well. If you've double checked that the email did not arrive in those places, please send me a private message with your full name, email, phone number, and order number, and I can take a closer look.
