Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I imagine you were pretty excited to get your download going and start playing your new game, so I definitely understand your concern with having not received your code 12 hours after purchase.
While we do expect digital codes to fulfil within 1-hour of purchase in the vast majority of cases, there are a few reasons why this may take longer. The most common reason for delay that I’ve seen in the past is payment authorization taking a bit longer than expected.
