Good Morning Division 2 fans,
First off, please let me apologize that instead of playing Division 2, you are waiting on your codes still. I’ve done some digging, and there does seem to be an issue at least with the digital versions of Division 2 for Xbox One that is keeping the orders from moving forward.
I’ve let our support teams know about the issues that you’ve reported and they’ve informed me that they are working on the issue as we speak. We hope to have those codes sent out to you very soon and thank you for your patience while we work through this issue.

I just got off the chat system. here is the resonses:
"I have checked and see that the publishers are generating the codes for this game and this will be soon shared to your email with in 24 hours. I will make sure to go ahead and pass this notes to my back end team who will be able to take care of this and share you the codes as early as possible."
"The game has been released yesterday and the codes are currently not available with Best Buy. It will be shared directly by the publishers to our customer's email waiting for the code."
