I pre-ordered two games that were released last week, both were supposed to come with pre-order bonus codes, and I still have not received them.

Dark Pictures: Devil In Me (PS4): Curator Cut

Is Gaming-BBY still the best contact for missing pre-order codes or should I contact someone else? Gaming-BBY must be swamped as I sent a message a couple days ago which still hasn't been read.  Thank you.
