I would not be suprised if they already were live.  And as it typical they only last an hour or less. 

Considering  how hard it is to get consoles with the chip shortage. 

Especially a limited edition such as the Halo Infinite.

They have not gone live - this has been confirmed by numerous sources. Honestly, I wish you would stop responding to these posts because you're not helping in the slightest. This was addressed to the Best Buy social team because it requires their knowledge. I don't need tips or advice that can be found very easily via google. I need knowledge that comes from within the business on what they've heard from the manufacturer (but haven't formally announced to the public).

Oh and I will mention that the moderators here cannot talk about availability and release dates for upcoming products, other than what is already posted on the BB web site.

However, this week it iis now listing on of them as Sold Out.  The other one is marked as Coming Soon still.

Just a little tidbit I leared while trying to get my PS5.  When the consoles become availalbe it is typically at either at either 10:37 am or 11:37 am.  I cannot remember if that is Eastern time or Central Time. And it is typicaly not advertised.

It'd be nice if Best Buy's social team would respond to this with an update.  Rumors are circulating about a potential release on the 23rd that is in store only.  Does Best Buy know what it's planning on doing with these consoles?

The moderators here are not able/allowed to discuss or divulge information on new releases or up coming specials, until after they are published.

Possibly the best way to get that information is to subscribe to the Best Buy email.

I often get special messages about flash sales that only last a short time.

However, I have never gotten a message about a console being available. Howevwe, those go so fast that they would typically be gone before you got the message.

On a different note. Historically when things like that become availabe  on the web site it is between 9:30 and 11:30 CST

Again - I don't want to hear from you on this. I did not address this messag to you - I addressed it to the social team. Please stop responding - you're not helping in the slightest and actively making this more frustrating. If I could downvote your answers, I very much would.

Best Buy Social Team - Any updates? In your original post, you stated that they would be forthcoming through the website. No updates have been posted there and it's been weeks. Your customers are wanting an update - is ignoring them really the best way to handle this?
