Guest pre-order of game, no email confirmation(reposted in right forum)

Hello I preordered the new animal crossing game on Wed. March 18th as a guest rather than my best buy account. All went well, but never got a confirmation email and don't know the order number to look it up. Could someone at Best buy please get back to me. Thank you

bumping this thread. Tomorrow is my possible delivery date. But still never got a confirmation email or now a shipping email. Hopefully my package comes tomorrow, so I can close this thread. Again if costumer service could please respond, I would be happy to share more details to get this resolved.

Got a hold of someone over the phone. Game should be here tomorrow.
