13 hours later, Square Enix is still telling me my code is not yet available but will be at a "later date." Haven't pre-ordered a game in a long time and only did it for this and the gift card. Lesson learned.

Just contacted live chat and phone support for digital items both with no help. All they did was email me the instructions again and tell me to go back to the store and get the reciept. The worst part of all this is none of them actually know how this work, the code should be emailed to me, I’m not wasting time going to the store when it’s out of their control.

You have to send email through here the instructions are in my previous comments. They got back to me with a code in like 2-3 hours

We will then be able to investigate why you may not have received your code or why the one you received did not work and get back to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure that you are sending your message to the Gaming-BBY inbox in an effort to assist everyone promptly and in the proper order. Also, sending multiple messages does not increase response time.

@linger4605 You get your game yet? Mine is now supposed to arrive tomorrow which is a joke considering I pre-ordered several weeks ago. Glad I wasn't super hyped for this game...

I spoke to customer service and sent an email prior to this one as well. I keep getting the same email with no code just instructions on how to redeem the pre order bonus. I would like to clarify that the email being sent out does not contain the code necessary to redeem the pre order bonus on the square enix page.

At this rate I’ll have to wait for a second play through to use this pre order bonus.
