I'm in the exact same situation. Got the e-mail several hours before the game arrived and it contained no code whatsoever. Just a link to the Square-Enix redemption site. And can I take a moment to talk about how ridiculous this entire process is? It should just be a redeemable code like every other code on XBL or PSN, not some code that requires me to jump through a secondary set of hoops to get another code to redeem on our gaming platform. Alas, that is likely Square-Enix's choice, but still.
Anyway, the sad reality is I've already beaten the game and am only two achievements away from 1000/1000, so if I ever see the preorder bonus from Best Buy it will be functionally worthless. Thanks a million, guys! Or as Rocket would snarkily say: Really florkin' great job!

I have not received my code for the Guardians of the Galaxy Game, the one for the Throwback costumes. I only received one explaining how to redeem the Digital Deluxe Edition Skins which are a separate entitiy and offer different things. Please reach out to me for my order information so I can properly receive my pre-order bonus please and thank you.

Ditto. Very helpful to send out a cryptic link on how to redeem but never send the code.
I have now spent almost 30 minutes on the phone trying to get the code that was never sent. After going through the automated system to finally reach someone they then have to transfer me to the digital department. That process takes ~10 minutes.
Both times I have promptly been hung up on upon transfer.
I tried the GeekSquad chat because the first transfer was to GeekSquad. They can't help. So I thought I'd try the forums.
Would be nice to get the pre-order bonus DLC that we paid for.
Would be even nicer if someone from Best Buy acknowledged the problem and gave an update or said how it was going to be resolved.
