Regarding the $10 e-gift card that you reference, it seems that was a free item with purchase offer. Free item with purchase offers are not retroactively added to previous orders if they are added later. If a customer placed their order prior to the free item with purchase offer being in place, the best option would be to cancel and then replace their order, adding the free gift item at that time.
In your case, since GRID has already been out for a while, a cancel and reorder is no longer possible, but if you give me the green flag, I’m happy to race over and see what options may be available going forward.
