Greedfall: Preorder DLC

Does anyone know if preordering Greedfall from Best Buy results in you eventually receiving the preorder dlc: The Adventurer's Gear DLC Pack" via email?

 

I preordered this and opened the case last night thinking there would be a voucher for this dlc but there was not one present. So basically wondering if we will receive an email with the code or not at all? I understand this was mostly for digital preorders but saw that it was included in Amazon physical pre-orders but that is yet to be confirmed.

It looks like we’re not getting it. I messaged that Best Buy gaming code support last night and got a response this morning directing me to contact the manufacturer directly.

Was it mentioned as a pre-order bonus - if so, then Best Buy should handle it. If Best Buy wasn't offering it, then that makes sense.

No it was not mentioned I think but in my experience with B.B. in the past with dlc’s not mentioned, I have been surprised before. If no go, oh well.

That's disappointing - I bought it from them too thinking it would have been included anyways.  Got the $10 GC so that's something at least.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the pre-order bonus for Greedfall. With this release last week, I know you have probably been enjoying this game and keeping an eye out for any bonuses that may come your way. At this time though, Best Buy did not participate in any pre-order bonuses for this title. I know this may not be the news you were hoping for, but hope it clarifies your experience.
