Gotham Knights Xbox collectors edition

Can you please share what is going on with this item. It was released everywhere today and it seems only Bestbuy cannot provide an answer for those who chose store pick up. I’m being told street date is still pending. Stores have not received the item. Stores won’t be fulfilling preorders…call back in a week… all orders canceled including mine. Every customer service rep has a different response.

I preordered the moment the link went live on Bestbuy back in May. Anyone have a real answer on this?
