Hello. I recently order the two newest God of War games at the same time. Strangely enough, the newer one, Ragnarok is due to arrive in time, but the other God of War game has been delayed and hasn't been updated in going on two days now on my end. It just says that the order is trying to be fulfilled and to expect it between November 11th to the 14th and if I haven't received it by the 24th that a refund will be issued. I'm just wondering what's going on and what the deal is as this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. If anything, you'd expect this to happen with the newer God of War game given it's current popularity, not the older one from 2018. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm currently in the dark about what's going on, and the order page doesn't make it clear what the problem is. Ready and willing to give my order number out to a moderator when they have time to assist. Thanks!
