My daughters were given each a $25 Roblox gift card purchased in store by my mom. I have the receipt. When trying to redeem online it says they are not active. I went to the store for help and was told to email Roblox, and they could not help me. I did that and am waiting for a response however it will take forever and there is no phone number to call. Best Buy on the phone told me to go back to another store and ask for a store manager. This is very frustrating as I just want the cards activated. I am not asking for money back. Can anyone help activate these cards so I don't have to drive all over town to be told that they can't help me in the store?

We always want to make sure that the cards we sell are fully activated when you receive them, and I'm sorry that this wasn't the case with the ones that had given to your daughters.
