Hello. I was just wondering if I could get some quick information about the Gotham Knights pre order. So I placed a pre order early yesterday as soon as it went up but noticed that later on in the day they added a $10 digital gift card for pre orders. My question is that do I need to cancel my current order and place a new one to qualify for thr gift card? Or will it be added automatically? I just checked my purchase history and it doesnt show anything about the promotion. Thanks for any help and information you can give

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I've found the answer to your question in our Entertainment Pre-Order FAQs. 

Q: What if a special offer or giveaway becomes available after I place my pre-order?

A: No problem. All pre-ordered items will receive any offer enhancements that become available (e.g., if a free game disc is added to the offer, you will receive it even if it was not available at the time you placed your pre-order).

Sorry I guess I do have one last question. Will I get any notification that my order has been updated? Or will it just happen once the item is released? Thanks again

You should be receiving an email updating you of any changes to the order. In most cases, Gift Cards or pre-order bonuses become available once the item is fulfilled (shipped or picked up).

Alright awesome sounds great! If for whatever reason I don't receive an email in a couple of weeks or so should I reach out and contact Best Buy customer service?
