Gears 5

I preordered Gears 5 on 8/25 and I got a text on release day telling me that it was out of stock at my given store. It then was changed to ship to my address which originally was supposed to arrive by 9/10 - it has since been in stock at my store, gone back out of stock at my store, and has been showing “Processing” on my order page for 2 straight weeks! Call Best Buy and all they say is it is awaiting pickup by courier. Is he coming from overseas on rowboat and traveling by foot??? There is NO reason you can give me for it taking this long!! I can’t even cancel (and haven’t been able to) even if I wanted to! This is the WORST customer service I have ever had with Best Buy. No need to preorder from you guys - you don’t get your product on time - if at all!

It sounds like the new Gears 5 game is terrific, but obviously not if haven’t been able to play because you are still waiting on it to arrive.  I’d be happy to help look into this for you.
