Game Pass Code Not Received - Already Private Messaged, Still No Response

I purchased the Xbox Game Pass for my son while at the local Best Buy. It said the code would be printed on the receipt or emailed to me. Unfortunately, neither has yet happened. I sent a private message to Gaming-BBY as requested in the pinned post on December 25th at 2am, but I have still yet to receive any response. Can a mod please help me. I have the customer service pin. My kids would really love to use the Game Pass that we purchased for $70.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for contacting us for help.  I’m sorry to hear the Xbox Game Pass you ordered from us is taking longer to arrive to you than expected, but I’ll be happy to see what we can do to get your code to you as soon as possible.

 

I’m not seeing any other messages from you through this profile, so for me to locate the code you’ve been waiting for, I’ll need you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The “Customer Service PIN” located at the bottom of your receipt

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research, and hopefully get your code sent your way.
