Best Buy is pleased to offer many exciting incentives with the latest upcoming video games.  In many cases you are rewarded for pre-ordering a game with a code for bonus content.

In most cases you will receive a your code printed on your receipt if picked-up in store, or emailed to you on release day if ordered online.  We may also print codes and email you!  Whether you should receive the code in-person or electronically, we want to be here to support you through any eventualities that may arise in the processing of these bonus offers.

If you are expecting a code via email and haven’t seen it, you may wish to check the settings in your email.  If you use Gmail, for example, emails from Best Buy may automatically be sent to your “Promotions” inbox.  You may also want to ensure that BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.BestBuy.com is added to your safe senders list so codes are not misplaced and deleted out of your SPAM folder.  It can take up to 48 hours to receive your code via email for processing and distribution.

If you have waited the mentioned time frame, checked all your email inboxes, and are still in need of customer assistance with a pre-order code, we have a process that can provide you with direct support.  Just send us the following information as a private message to our Gaming-BBY inbox (clicking the hyperlink will open a new window with a private message addressed to the inbox):

• Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #
• Missing offer
• Email address (the one you provided for the code)

Please ensure you provide all of this information to Gaming Support for the fastest service.  Armed with that information, our gaming team will be able to quickly assess the situation and provide you with a resolution.
