Hi! I ordered the deluxe edition of Final Fantasy VII Remake and opted for it to be shipped to my house. My order says "Get it by Fri, April 10", but I know that there have understandably been a lot of shipping delays from other retailers. Will Best Buy actually be delivering on release day? Thank you!

Hello, so I pre-ordered this game and it's status is still delayed. But I got an email from Bestbuy that my previous email regarding that game is delayed was an error and the product will be availabe in 4/10/2020 for all customers. They also said that they'll provide a separate email with futher instructions when my item ships, but I still haven't received any news lately from Bestbuy. I'm a bit out of the loop of what's going on if I'm still getting it or not.

I would give it a little longer.
I pre-ordered Doom Eternal and I finally got the shipping confirmation on the day before release day. It arrived on release day.
I'm waiting for my shipping confirmation for Final Fantasy also.

Good afternoon, everyone,
Welcome to our forums, and thank you for pre-ordering your copies of Final Fantasy VII Remake with us! Easily one of the most anticipated games of the year, if not this console generation, I completely understand why you’d want to make sure you’re receiving your copies as soon as possible.
We do our best to make sure all pre-orders are delivered as close to release day as possible, and while we hit this mark a majority of the time, there can be instances where logistics or supply issues prevent us from making sure the game is in your hands, on release day. Going forward, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inboxes for any updates to your orders, and I’m optimistic you’ll be able to play Final Fantasy VII Remake soon.
Thank you,
