Final Fantasy 14 Endwalker, 13 days later, still no preorder bonus

I've went through phone, chat, and forum support multiple times and have been directly lied to by agents telling me on multiple occasions that I would get it within 12-24 or 24-48 hours or that they were escalating my request and "Do not worry" and "I am assuring you that you will get it this time.", as well as ignoring me when I'm telling them that the process is apparently broken when it comes to my product. This literally happens everyvtime I preorder from Best Buy.

I'm tired. I'm done with spending time here and on hold and getting absolutely zero zupport.

Can somone at BB that actually cares about customer service just get me the code I paid for or a proper escalation and resolution so that I don't have to deal with this anymore? And before you ask, I have gone through every folder imaginable, you guys just aren't sending anything.

Also, please no more canned responses, I've heard enough about how "Its always nice when..." or you "understand I'm eager to receive my codes". Or something else that doesn't really fit the situation.

I want to reiterate, I'm not eager, I'm angry at this point because I did not get what I paid for.
