I had bought Final Fantasy VIII on January 4th and had received an email that my digital download was ready on that same day. When I go to click on the Download button in the digital library, it says "Not found" and the key code that is reflected in the digital library is 0. The email I received with the digital code also reflects 0 as well.
After I calling numerous times and waiting multiple days, I was told that the "Codemaster" couldn't generate a code.
What is the point of selling digital items if your "Codemaster" cannot generate the applicable codes?
