I pre-ordered The Castillo Protocol and was promised Same Day delivery upon checkout. And I just checked tracking and FedEx Home Delivery was used as the service, rather than Expedited Shipping which has always been the case lately. Now waiting after release to get the item.
This misleading needs to stop and actually use the delivery service that is promised upon checkout.
